Need someone to measure, cut and install 1x filler panel and 4x skirting boards. Pictures provided. Indicative measurements for skirting board - 1002mm, 400mm, 365mm and 675mm (already cut but needs to be trimmed). All raw materials provided, note filler panel is an IKEA panel.

I’m looking for a handyman or carpenter to seal gaps between timber floorboards and skirting boards in my apartment. There are multiple small gaps around the perimeter, and some existing caulking is uneven or has worn away. I’d like these properly sealed to help prevent pests getting in. This does NOT need to be a perfect cosmetic finish or permanent solution — I’m planning a renovation in the near future. I just need a solid, tidy, temporary fix that will close the gaps effectively. 1m strip of skirting board - was pulled off for a fireplace. Now need it reattached, putty/fill In the gaps/holes & then just smooth over.
