Skirting board installation in carpeted attic room (see photo); I will supply skirting (see photo). Long walls approx. 10m, side walls approx. 2.6m. Furniture will be moved to provide accessibility however the area has a slanted roof.

I have a set of original skirting boards that were removed for new flooring. They were removed from the lounge room, kitchen and hallway. I need someone experienced/handy to carefully refurbish the skirting so it’s ready to reinstall and paint. It is in good condition but they just need some care to bring them back to optimal condition. Photos attached. You will need to 1. Remove all nails, tacks and staples. 2. Scrape off old glue/adhesive and any debris. 3. Remove loose/flaking/excess paint. 4. Light, even sand to key the surface—keep profiles/edges crisp. 5. Spot fill small dings and nail holes; sand smooth when set. 6. Wipe down & prime all faces and ends with a suitable timber undercoat/base coat. 7. Label and stack boards neatly, ready for the carpenter to reinstall.

Skirting board around fridge area were removed to fit fridge, wall needs patching/skirting boards replaced. Mesh screens on back screen doors need fixing. Small holes in house patched and painted.

We are looking for a handyman who can fix three skirting boards which have been chewed up by our dog. Please refer to pictures. We don’t have any of the supplies or matching paint available.

I have a masonry skirting board that needs replacement in the bedroom. I'd like it replaced by similar height white wooden skirting board with colonial/Victorian profile (height 22cm) for a length over 4m.the masonry is easily removed (I did a bit using a recip saw) but needs to be careful not to damage the carpet. There are other bits of work to do like painting etc.

Would like someone to replace 2x bedroom skirtings (each room ~3mx3m). Potential for further work in rest of home.

I need a piece of skirting board installed of about 1m length. This is part of the nook where the fridge used to sit. I had to pull that piece of skirting board off to make the fridge fit. Due to selling the house I need that piece of skirting board re-installed (of course didn't keep the original piece that got removed). It needs to join an existing piece in the back of the nook. The previous carpenter unfortunately didn't do a 45 degree join for the corner but the new piece needs to be contoured to fit the existing back piece. In addition, there is another piece towards the front kitchen aisle that also didn't have a 45 degree corner join. I pulled it of before I realised that this piece not square either but tapering down (I still have that piece). In short, I need a 1 meter piece of skirting board installed that joins with a back and a front piece. I have 2.4m of skirting board of the profile required. Also have some wood glue. Everything else needed I can organise if you tell me what else is needed. I don't have the time or tools to do the job myself. I'm guessing that this should be a very simple job and shouldn't take any longer than 1/2h of work for someone who knows what he's doing. I don't require any painting to be done. Just make a new piece of skirting to join neatly with the back and front piece.
