Hello! I’m moving into a 2BR apartment this weekend that needs some minor repairs to make it perfect. I would greatly appreciate some help. There is one floorboard in the kitchen that is lifting at the corner (a few mm) and needs to be set down. Every skirting board in the apartment also has an unusual vertical gap that I would like to fill. The tops of the skirting boards could use a reseal in some cases. My in-built dishwasher is broken and can't be fixed because it is stuck behind the skirting board that has been afixed to the floor. I would like someone to come and cut the wood in a straight line so I can get the dishwasher out, enabling me to then glue the wood back on.
