I would love someone to come over and install some skirting boards for us. Its just for downstairs in the living area and entryway. we have the boards but non of the tools and its a little finicky on the two stairs at the entrance so will require someone with trade skills that has done this before.

Need sealing of ceiling cornices, skirting boards and some cracked walls in house and laundry. Single level townhouse.

Skirting boards need to be cut and installed. Total length is 18 meters, no rooms, just a big living area and open kitchen. There are 16 corners needing 45 degrees cut. The boards are 92x18mm, Bullnose profile (curved top).

we have 2x ikea PAX wardrobes that need to be assembled over the weekend. The project will probably require skirting board removal for 2 walls and in the main bedroom there might be a need to modify the door frame to ensure the wardrobes are flushed.
