Supply and install skirting boards around bedroom and wardrobe

We had a water leak in our bathroom wall that was discovered and repaired after a bathroom renovation in November 2023. Skirting board along the wall has warped/developer damaged as it has dried out. This needs to be replaced. Small linen cupboard at end of the wall has plaster damage to bottom shelf and floor has been damaged since we moved in - area also has a musty smell. Would like to repair the wall and add a floor patch/cover board. Few losses of plaster/paint in the hall area that need to be patched up.

Need to fix sunken toilet tiles and skirting board outside bathroom. I need a quote to fix the sunken area only and not the entire bathroom. We are considering renovating in a year or so, so we just need to fix this to look decent at this stage.

I need the gaps filled in the bottom Of our skirting board please, I don’t want the floor to be damaged, someone who has done this before and is experienced. Needs to be done in lounge, entrance and 2 bedrooms, no more than 45sqm. We also have a cornice with a crack that we would like repaired I do have some gap filler already but you may need to provide more.

My dog has scratched at the skirting boards and ripped away the paint and has also licked so much it’s created a hole/dent in the wall with missing paint. Needing this repaired as soon as possible. No materials are provided but happy for someone to get the materials required and pay them for the cost once receipts have been provided.

We have just moved moved our toilet outlet and need to plaster over this area and paint the new area.

We have removed a cupboard and it shows a hole in the floor and a couple of gaps (approx 250mm & 650mm long)in the skirting board. Would like to patch these up to ensure the area is closed up / stop moisture getting in. Job does not need to be perfect as we will be putting a desk in front of it, but basically presentable.

They are large skirting boards (I.e 190mm), so a large circular saw/mitre saw is required to cut at required angles There are also a few small cuts that will need to be made around corners
