Sand wall and add approx 3-5 more white gloss tiles to bathroom wall (see photo), between vanity and shower. (8 x 300x600mm tiles supplied). Also cut a smallish piece of skirting board to fit under drawer of vanity which comes out right against the wall, and glue/secure it back in place. No painting needed

In preparation for timber floor installation we need the skirting boards removed. The skirting may be reused so must be removed carefully with care taken not to damage the walls. The rooms included are living, hallway, dining, laundry, powder room.

i have uneven kitchen/dining floor, i removed tiled floor now i found it is uneven. will install vinyl floor. was informed by carpet call that there is a large gap under skirting boards. they mentioned that option is to lower skirting boards down to floor level which is key to then install vinyl planks. but there may be major damage to recently painted walls/plaster. i would like to see if instead we could install some strips of timber which must be flat bringing it down flat to floor level. this solution must be flat because of the vinyl planks must meet perfect to this. secondly i have to organise removal of small strip of timber below a small section of kitchen window/slliding door.

We need our skirting boards taken up and replaced with new ones

Looking for a handyman/carpenter) to 1) repair water-damaged skirting boards/baseboards in an apartment and 2) fix sliding fly screen door that has come out of its track. The damage is along the bottom of a sliding balcony door and in the adjacent corner. There are visible water stains, swelling/warping of the skirting.
