Attend on-site to provide written quote for supply and installation of wooden beading at edge of skirting boards and wooden floors on ground floor of old house. One room has already been done; 3 other rooms need to be done. The beading will need to match the flooring in the 3 rooms, so need to visit site for visual inspection before providing quote. Looking for a reliable handyman to repair a few small wall damages and fix a skirting board. The job involves making the wall look neat and unnoticeable — repainting only the patched areas, not the entire wall. Scope of work: 5 small holes on the wall (caused by furniture anchors) need patching and touch-up painting. Some wall paint has peeled off and needs smoothing and repainting to blend with existing paint. Skirting board requires reattachment and cosmetic repair in a few spots.

I need skirting boards installed in 5 rooms. They have already been removed. Roughly under 60 lineal meters of skirting boards across 5 rooms. I've supplied a floor plan and the ones highlighted in red are the ones that need to be installed. I have the original boards for the ground floor bedrooms but only half for upstairs.
