Repair eave and soffit. Re-attach gutter. Have other work also to be done but this is the main part for now. At rear of the house.

I have two awnings in the front of the home. The living room one which is fine, but the bedroom one is torn. Needs replacing. Preferably with identical design fabric. The bedroom awning dimensions should be ~ 1,500 + 75 to 120 mm circular shaped ends height, and 2,250 width. At this stage I'm looking for quotes of same or similar design fabric. Failing that I may settle for the best prices in the area.

Our automatic awnings keep closing 5 minutes after opening. Individual awnings close at different times. We’ve been told they may require battery replacements. Remotes could also require re-programming.

Remove and replace this awning. I have the same model to replace. Can use existing holes and bolts for this one. Instahut brand. Install another unit with 3 panels next to it. Will need to fix it onto brick. Best.
