MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.

Remove the awning sign from the ceiling. Just few screws to be removed. Its in two pieces so is easier. Will need a ladder.

The arm on my outdoor awning has snapped off due to high wind. Don’t think the sensor was working and it is not an awning from Bunnings. The company I bought it from has gone out of business.

Replace roof covering on awning. Current awning is not weather tight. Needs metal covering removed and replaced with new covering.

Carpenter (repair) Needed - Have existing rotting timber (double door) with single glass in each installed, it has rotten lower section. Needs a cut and paste or fill repair. Some rotting on door frame bottom and timber base (foot) will need a cleanup, fill, sand and prime. - Have paint and primer, filler needs to be supplied. Need to make good again and sturdy (waterproofed) and doors operational. Need to also install fixed awning on the outside to prevent further future damage to the door. (the fixed awning cost will be additional to door repair) Flexible on the date-subject to weather. Tthe beige door in the pic is the door with rot, inside picture of rotting to be fixed. Canopy picture is just for suggestion. Previous repair attempted but not completed. Pls ask if you have any questions or need more pics.
