The old awning flew away due to wind. I've purchased a new like-for-like awning. It needs to be installed and screwed into the wall. The wall is a hollow wall, and the previous installer used a sort of filler expansion hard-setting foam to secure the bolt to the wall. This requires a special tool and a special building-grade filler. A successful job will be awarded to quality workmanship who can prevent future wind support issues and deterioration to the wall with no leaks. Existing awnings and supports have been removed, which is not in the photos. Works needs to remove all debris and scraps off site. When do you want to start?
