Old St George Imperial oven temp knob repair

The oven temp knob on the outside of our old (most probably from the 80) St George Imperial oven has broken. The outer plastic part of the knob has broken and the metal base of the knob is not reflecting the accurate temp of the oven as even though looking like it's back to zero the oven has been staying on at a low temp. We have turned it off at the fusebox for the time being so it doesn't stay on. So the whole knob likely needs to be replaced either by one of the other knobs to the right of it possibly as they aren't used or a replacement knob that we're not fussed if looks different to the others. Cannot find a serial number on the oven but have provided pics.

Task: Install Fisher & Paykel 8.5kg Front Load Washer (already onsite) Hi there, I need a reliable person experienced with installing front load washing machines to install a Fisher & Paykel 8.5kg Front Load Washer (WH8060J3) at my home in The Gap. The washer is already onsite, still in the box, and just needs to be unpacked and installed. All pipes and connections are already in place — it just needs to be connected and properly levelled. Easy job. Installation requirements: -Connect water inlet hoses, -Connect and secure drain hose -Level the machine so it sits stable and does not wobble -Test the machine to ensure it runs properly Tools required: -Adjustable wrench -Pliers -(Optional) Jubilee clips / hose clamps for securing the drain hose No old appliance removal needed. Preferred timing: Any day this week after 3:30pm (before Sunday 7 December) Please only offer if you are confident installing front load washers. Thanks!
