I have an Electrolux washing machine (ewf12832). The water is not draining from the machine, but I can manually drain it by opening the drain filter spout. The machine displays error code E10. I am assuming that since I can drain it manually the issue lies with the drain pipe or the mechanisms leading to it from the drum.

We are having our kitchen benchtops replaced and need to first remove the electric cooktop and oven from the counter, we will be keeping the appliances as we will have to put them back once the new benchtop is installed.
