I'm after a NSW licensed gas-fitter to remove existing gas cooktop, adjust the position of the gas valve/copper piping leading into the cooker and install the new gas cooktop. The reason the pipe needs to be moved is to accomodate our new oven. The oven won't go all the way back to sit flush as the current gas valve is preventing it from being pushed back fully (around 5cm needed) I'm assuming the job will entail cutting the copper pipe and lower or recess a new valve/bayonet so it sits clear of the oven chassis. All work needs to be pressure-tested, leak-tested and provide written Certificate of Compliance on completion (if possible) The electric oven is already hard-wire connected and a power socked is already in place for the cooktop ignition. Install a few smoke detectors for me

The job is in 2 parts. Part 1 - remove 2 reverse cycle air cons (see image below). Part 2 - reinstall the 2 air cons, and install 2 ceiling fans and 2 ceiling lights. Context is that the popcorn ceiling is being smoothed, and these items need to be removed for the job to commence on 8 April.

I have 5 x 25cm dia gas burner rings, I need them checked for safe operation including the taps, cleaned and refurbished as required.

I have an Ariston ARMF125 Frontloading washer/dryer that is not draining waste water. It fills fine, heats water fine, wash and spin cycles work fine, but it is not draining after the wash cycle. It was working perfectly before being moved, and has not been used for about a year, so it could be that the waste water exit is stuck from non-use or something got out of whack when it was moved. The filter is clean.

We are looking for assistance with the installation of our SMEG Rangehood (KDIAM90AX) in our kitchen. We are looking at fluing it out of our ceiling. So will need assistance with this also.
