I recently purchased a integrated rangehood to install in my kitchen above the oven. The older rangehood was a slide out model. I would like the cabinet to be adjusted to allow the newer rangehood to fit in. It will require the bottom shelf (that is fixed) to be removed and to install a new shelf with a cut out for the rangehood to clip onto. I'm after a NSW licensed gas-fitter to remove existing gas cooktop, adjust the position of the gas valve/copper piping leading into the cooker and install the new gas cooktop. The reason the pipe needs to be moved is to accomodate our new oven. The oven won't go all the way back to sit flush as the current gas valve is preventing it from being pushed back fully (around 5cm needed) I'm assuming the job will entail cutting the copper pipe and lower or recess a new valve/bayonet so it sits clear of the oven chassis. All work needs to be pressure-tested, leak-tested and provide written Certificate of Compliance on completion (if possible) The electric oven is already hard-wire connected and a power socked is already in place for the cooktop ignition. Install a few smoke detectors for me
