What do appliance services include?

To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Here are some of the most popular appliance care services and what you can expect when booking your technician:

Fridges and freezers

You’ll need to book fridge repairs and installations if you need a complex fridge or freezer installation or it isn’t cooling properly, makes weird noises, or leaks. I have a Fisher and Paykel Washing Machine and Condenser Dryer. I moved recently and the removalists put the Condenser Dryer on top of the washing machine, but the feet were not on the washing machine, so it is not balanced. They put the condenser dryer hose into the trough to empty, but it is giving an error that it can't empty the water. The Condenser dryer weighs approx 30kg, so it would need two people to lift it off the washing machine, put the feet on and stablise the washing machine, then stack the dryer and troubleshoot the connection of emptying the water for the condenser dryer.

Very happy with the work that Lachlan did, and I would definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend.

LG Front Loader Washing Machine is showing OE Error Code - Drainage Issue. Have cleared drain filter and rear drain hose - Error Code Still. Possible drain pump issue.

Minh was exceptionally efficient in repairing our washing machine that was displaying an error code. He diagnosed the issue, as well as tested for any other potential issues, identified the broken part, sourced and replaced the part within the same day. He did a quick clean of some of the machine parts that he noticed may cause future issues and provided some advice on the laundry detergent to use to help reduce any future problems.

I have an oven tower in my kitchen that currently contains a microwave + 1x oven. I am looking at purchasing a new built in microwave to replace exiting and 2 x single ovens, to be put in tower stacked as per Bosch specifications. I believe bottom drawer to be taken out, shelves will need to be repositioned and top cupboards cut down to be a bit smaller as per photo and drawing.
