I have a gas stove/oven that is a 60cm free-standing unit in my kitchen that I need removed, so the gas line needs to be cut and capped. I have bought a new electric unit and will need to remove my existing gas unit in preparation for an electrician to install the new unit. My house is a 1960s build with double-brick walls and tile roof. Roof access either through ceiling hatch or by lifting up tiles on the roof.

I bought a new tumble dryer. It's approx. 37 kgs. It has to be wall mounted above my washing machine because I have no other space. Mounting brackets, nuts etc are supplied with the machine already. Have to fit a timber slat between studs as they are too close together, second slat to be fit behind spacers to keep horizontal.

We have a Westinghouse gas oven. When it reaches a certain temperature, the burner turns off and then back on repeatedly every few seconds. Needs a fix.

Gas is on, can smell gas coming through but stove top, grill, and oven will not light with kitchen lighter (pilot doesnt work).

WSF6605 Westinghouse dishwasher leaking

Attached the waste water and the water supply for washing machine. Will need to supply the water supply tube and also the equipment to attach the waste water. See photos

dishwasher to be installed as it is suitable on the left hand side from sink view. That cabinet won't be accessible any more. The room we have will take up 90% of cabinet space. So in saying, the cabinet will need to be remove and cut cabinet, secure it with end panel to flooring so the benchtop doesn't collapse. There is no power point and plumbing works required as well. Dishwasher will be provided or can be purchased for Harvey Norman. Need one person who could do this job.

Install new range hood. No elecrical work required. Drill bit required for screwing and securing into existing cabinetry, and drill bit to create a large hole for the electrical cable to go into for plugging into electrical plug point above. Simple job, we just don't have the right tools. See photos for further details.

I have a Breville Barista Express coffee machine. It keeps blowing out a rubber gasket ring, which now continues to occur even when the ring has been replaced. I believe the problem is quite common to the model and the solution is a matter of lock-tightening several internal screws which hold in the portafilter collar so it's able to work under pressure. The trick is pulling apart the internals to access the screws, and put it all back together - something I don't trust myself to do. I’m looking for a licensed gas fitter to install a gas bayonet outlet in my lounge room to suit a Rinnai Avenger 25 Natural Gas Heater. The bayonet will be installed on the same external wall as the existing gas meter, which should provide easy access. You may notice the air conditioner and power point, which can serve as landmarks, as they align with the power point on the external wall. Please include all parts and labour in your quote.
