My Flamemate out door gas heater lights up when I hold the ignition knob in, but the flame goes out as soon as I release it. This usually means the thermocouple needs replacing. I need someone handy with gas BBQ/heater repairs to: • Inspect the thermocouple and gas control knob • Replace the faulty thermocouple • Make sure the probe is properly positioned in the flame • Test the unit to confirm it stays lit after release Requirements: • Experience with gas appliances (BBQ/heater repairs, plumbing, or similar) • Tools to remove and replace the thermocouple • Able to work safely with LPG

Hi, I have a SAMSUNG front-loading washing machine that is leaking water from the door area. Upon checking, I noticed the metal ring (spring clamp) that holds the rubber seal is sticking out. I’ve tried repositioning it, but it pops back out when the machine is running. The belt either stops when I step on it or doesn’t move at all while the motor runs.
