Roller shutter is stuck. Can hear motor running but it won't retract. Need it assessed and diagnosed. If needs new parts, happy to pay extra

Hi, Will need someone to complete 3 tasks at property: 1. Light replaced in second bedroom (will need new light from Bunnings to install) 2. Pipe to be connected to portable air con units that have already be installed in 2 bedrooms (all accessories have been kept - just need to add) - Pipe to be placed outside for hot air to leave 3. Air-conditioner remote holder was taken off wall and needs to be put back up. We will have our cleaner present in the building at the time you are completing your job. They will let you through to the property.
