• Disconnect water supply (isolation valve) • Remove mounting screws/brackets under the benchtop and slide the dishwasher out • Seal the crack/gap in the cabinet wall behind the unit (mice have been getting in through it) — steel wool + expanding foam/sealant, or a proper patch, whichever is more durable • Slide dishwasher back into place, reconnect water, drain, and power • Test that water supply and drain are working properly with no leaks before finishing Good to know: • Standard under-bench dishwasher, isolation valve is easily accessible in the cabinet • I have photos of the setup (hoses, valve, and the gap) I can share once we’re in touch • Ideally someone comfortable with basic plumbing disconnects, not just carpentry

The arms of my washing line wont stay up. Insure if the issue is tightening the hinges or replacing a bracket. I don’t have the tools or skill to do it myself!

My washing machine (a Euromaid WM7) has a slow drip at the bottom of the plug in the image attached & would like this repaired. I've drained & cleared away any obstructions & the thread & rubber on the plug appears to be fine but it won't go past the anti-vibration locking notch.

I have a tall Vulcan Powerflue Wall Furnace gas wall heater in my house in Reservoir. The heater will be picked up by a buyer, and I need a professional to help with the following: Scope of work: Safely disconnect the gas line and cap it (licensed gas plumber required). Assist with removing the wall furnace if required. Remove the flue pipe and seal the external wall flue hole properly (weatherproof). Temporarily cover the large wall opening inside with a board or plasterboard for safety (I have a young child). The heater is approximately 1.8 m tall, so the wall opening will be large after removal. Location: Reservoir VIC Timing: Preferably today or as soon as possible. Please bring your own tools and materials needed for sealing the flue hole and covering the opening. I have attached a photo of the heater for reference. Thank you.
