I have a tall Vulcan Powerflue Wall Furnace gas wall heater in my house in Reservoir. The heater will be picked up by a buyer, and I need a professional to help with the following: Scope of work: Safely disconnect the gas line and cap it (licensed gas plumber required). Assist with removing the wall furnace if required. Remove the flue pipe and seal the external wall flue hole properly (weatherproof). Temporarily cover the large wall opening inside with a board or plasterboard for safety (I have a young child). The heater is approximately 1.8 m tall, so the wall opening will be large after removal. Location: Reservoir VIC Timing: Preferably today or as soon as possible. Hi, I have a Hisense front load washing machine (approx. 5 years old) showing F-03 error in the last 10–13 minutes of the wash cycle. What’s happening: • Error appears during the drain/spin stage • Pump filter has been checked and cleaned • Drain pump spins with normal magnetic resistance • Internal hoses checked – no visible blockage • No sludge build-up found • Drain hose not kinked The machine still errors near the end of the cycle. Hello - I’m hoping to find someone experienced to service my Mum’s Bosch washing machine and replace the rubber seal. Current issues we are experiencing are the door not closing easily - it takes quite a shove to get it closed - and my Mum is not that strong. The washing liquid tray is also filling up with water regularly, so there may be a blockage. Would love this diagnosed as well. Lastly, the inner seal is very, very dirty when opened up. Ideally, we would like this replaced. I am happy to purchase parts (new rubber seal?) that may be needed before the service as we’d like it fixed in one trip, if at all possible. My mum is elderly, so someone patient and kind would be ideal. I will be there for this task. Location is Reservoir - property is a single level villa. Any questions, please let me know. Exhausted dan in laundry has stopped working

Help install new washing machine belt on old machine Machine is an LG intellowasher 7kg WD8015-C I have a new belt to replace the old belt. The old belt came off and I was able to put it back on but it is damaged and the machine is jumping when the spin is on 1/5 times. The replacement belt is possibly too tight (and/or the old belt has loosened too much and I couldn't get the new belt on so need help popping the new belt on. Cheers, Allara
