Error F79 mile dishwasher

The control panel, shown in one of the photos, doesn't show anything. That means we can't use it to run the Breeze evaporative air cooler machine, as shown in the other rooftop photo. The machine was serviced just 2 months ago, so I believe there is no issue with it. I suspect the battery of the control panel needs to be changed.

Mcb is tripping because of the fridge. Need a fridge engineer or electrician to repair.
