Replace door seal on Electrolux front-load washing machine I need someone experienced with washing machine repairs to replace the rubber door seal/gasket on my Electrolux UltimateCare 500 UltraMix front-load washing machine. Machine details: Electrolux EWF8024Q5WB 8 kg front loader PNC: 91490090200 Replacement door seal/gasket: Electrolux part 140004670075 I will have the replacement rubber door seal ready for installation. Important: We do not have the retaining wire/spring rim (clamp) that secures the door seal, so I need the tasker to supply the correct compatible retaining clamp/wire rim as part of the job. Please include the cost of this in your offer, or let me know separately what the part will cost. The job is to: Remove the existing mouldy door seal Fit the new seal correctly Supply and fit the required retaining wire/spring clamp Check that the seal is seated correctly and there are no leaks Ideally looking for someone who has experience replacing Electrolux/front-loader washing machine door seals. There has been a drip in our bedrooom internal ceiling space since our solar panels were installed. This has been investigated by the installers and ‘fixed’ externally but we have been hearing a drip the last few days. We’d like someone to investigate, two places in particular, and fix any issues. The drip is in the lower floor ceiling space in the photo attached.
