Symptoms: • Machine starts a cycle but no water enters the drum. • The drum does not turn. • After waiting for a while, the machine eventually shows error code E64. • The error appears after a delay, not immediately. Troubleshooting already done: • Machine has been power reset (unplugged and restarted). • Water supply is working (tested by disconnecting the inlet hose – good pressure). • Inlet filter cleaned and not blocked. • Door locks correctly (audible click when starting). • Top cover removed and water inlet valves located. • When starting a cycle, no sound or vibration from the inlet valves. • Machine appears to wait for water that never enters, then eventually throws the error. Had Ilve 90cm gas cooker for a while. For about 5 years, it takes ages to light hobs in evening. Suppliers will only service during day when there is no problem and gas wholesalers confirm no pressure issues (again during day but won't visit to test in the evening). When clicking the hob there is no gas flow then after 5 mins of trying it opens and lights ... Regulator?? Price for test, supply and install. Qualified and licensed plumbers only.

Subfloor area work, job for a handyman with some plumbing experience, install metallic drip tray 2.5 meters wide and 5 meters long and fix to rock.   Drip tray should fall at slight angle 10-15% angle in the middle, encouraging water movement towards center. At center of tray, create a hole and connect a downward pipe to carry water to a nearby drain.

Hi - I think the water pump on my Kogan 8kg front loader has broken. Machine is working but water isn’t draining - the pipe needs to be flat in order to drain. Water coming in and does drain ok just not on its own or with pipe at a height
