Loss water from washing machine

I have a 2004 Subaru Wrx Sti, I lost the key and remote. I was able to get a locksmith come over, made a new key and programed the chip. but the car has aftermarket security system I believe is Viper and I lost remote for that as well. So the car can start, but due to the security system, both the left and right lights keep flashing, for about 5 minutes, and then stopped, and when you open the door, start to blink again. I need someone to help me to disconnect and remove the existing security system, and re-install a remote central locking system.

I need help in installing a dashcam on my Mercedes CLA 220D Coupe. Will be great if you have prior experience on this model.
