As pictured, the hose used for draining water from the washing machine has retracted without the cap on. Require someone to be able to pull the drain hose back out so we can re- attach the cap to it. Otherwise, there are no issues and no other repair expectations
Anthony was such a great fella - introduced himself and got straight into the job and fixed within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was able to provide some other tips for use of the appliances. Highly recommend

Hi guys, I need some assistance with physically lifting our washing machine onto a moveable dolly that we bought (I can help with this, it needs at least 2 people) and also hooking it up to the kitchen tap for water supply. We've played around with a few tap-to-washing machine adapters but unfortunately not had success so far - the adaptos keep leaking. The plan is to be able to move our washing machine in and out of the kitchen on the dolly to do washing as needed.

The washing machine Bosch Serie 4 has started to show E 18 code which means there's an issue with the drainage of the water outside of the machine. I have tried to open the front bottom filter but it's all good. There's a noise when it gets to the stage to take the water out, but nothing happens. I assume the pump needs to be replaced or something is stuck/glogged. I know it's not the best time of the year, but you can't really plan these.
