I have turned it on and off, I have run a spin and drain cycle, I have removed the panel down the bottom and tried pulling the manual emergency tag but it still won't open. I have a Haier Front Load Washing Machine that needs disconnection and removal including taken away. I have a new Front Loading Washing Machine, TBA model, to be unpacked and installed to only the COLD Water Tap and packaging removed. Tap image attached. The pipe under the sink that the washing machine drains into was replaced because one side was leaking. Now the other side is popping off when the machine is used. It’s in a position where I cannot see but it feels that the pipe is not fitting snug so pops of. I think a lock is needed or a new pipe. It’s in a spot where you cannot see.

We have a washing machine in our garage that needs to be brought up two flights of stairs with a trolley. We also need help to put the washing machine in place and to connect it, as well as lifting the dryer onto a stand on top of the washing machine. The dryer is already in the apartment - just needs two people to lift it into place.
