Looking for someone to look at my Samsung fridge to repair. Freezer is working fine, the fridge section isn't cooling.

We had an indoor gas heater removed two years ago but the flue to the outside was not removed and remains in the roof. Water is either leaking through the roof where the flue enters or down the flue itself.

My manual recliners are not working properly. One stopped allowing the footrest to emerge, and the other (pictured) only closes with significant force.
