Work Options: • On-site at customer location • Drop-off at your workshop (if available) Common Repairs: • Thermostats, heating elements, hoses, switches • Internal descaling (mineral build-up removal) Set Repair Rates (ex GST): • $100 – Repair only (no parts, no descale) • $100 – Descale only • $150 – Repair + descale + parts (if needed) • $50 – Call-out fee (within metro) • Parts charged separately with approval What You’ll Need: • Appliance repair experience (ideally steam/heating) • Own tools + transport (if offering mobile) • ABN + public liability insurance • Professional and friendly manner • (Bonus) Workshop for drop-offs Parts Stock: You may need to keep small stock of key parts (available from us at discounted rates).
