Smeg Dishwasher stopped working. No display coming up and slight smell of burning when switched on. Not moving through a program cycle.

My dishwasher turns on and shows a mode selected but no other available buttons can be pressed, it cannot be reset by holding down the start button which is what it says it can do. I just need to ascertain whether or not its broken or not.

Rangehood doesnt suck up air. Tried cleaning the filters. Might need repair or replace

Hi I have a GW712 Fisher & Paykel washing machine, works fine until the spin cycle and refuses to go any further and not spin. Also a Westinghouse SB915 that was working perfectly and just doesnt want to turn on The sooner someone can come out the better

Samsung Q Drive Bubblewash 8.5kg: stating the cycle , I hear the drain pump working but after around 10 seconds the cycle stops, door's unlocked and no error appears on the screen either

This PCB controls the variable speed on the pool pump and does not work anymore. The pump itself still works. Did some basic testing and could be the transformer but not sure. Don’t have the electronics skills to do it!

A few of our ceiling fans make a ‘ticking’ noise when at a certain speed - would like someone to have a look and see if we can fix the noise as it’s too loud to sleep with. We have already tried to tighten and replace all screws. No idea on prices so open to suggestions

The rubber seal came off our washer/dryer. We have the new rubber to fix it but don’t have the tools to put it in place. The machine is already taken apart, just to put the new seal in and put it back together.

The washing machine is leaking from the bottom during every load. It started doing this after a heavy load that makes me think something has been dislodged. It’s a smart things front load washing machine. Budget is flexible.

Electrolux inverter EWF14742 front loader washing machine. Having issues with water going into machine and sitting in the drum when there is no cycle running and machine is on standby. Also having issues with the machine not filling with water or really slowly filling when trying to run a cycle. Sometimes the machine will stop and have an E10 error code, sometimes the machine will just stop and won’t start again until I press the play button and then will usually stop again a few minutes later. Have checked water connection hose and tap.

Following an AC repair, a hole was cut in the ceiling and there is visible mold near the AC vent that requires attention. We would like to arrange for any necessary repair and treatment work. The plasterboard around the vent cover appears to be disintegrated, fragile and may required handling carefully. I’ve attached some photos for your reference.
