Need to replace an igniter on our Smeg stovetop

Dishwater washes dishes until it fills with water, then stops, leaving the dishwater flooded with error. Cleaned accessible filter, but still doing this error.

My washing machine is leaking water from the bottom. Filter was checked and should be ok. Also, i looked it pipes and wires they seeem fine too. It not old and I assuem there should be some sort of blocking somewhere which cause this leakage.
