I have an existing wood fired pizza oven. It has the standard little chimney and flue which lets the smoke out under my alfresco area roof. I am looking for someone to supply and install a flue extension through the roof so that the smoke escapes above it instead. I am looking for a qualified person knowledgeable in this type of work and any regulations that need to be complied with.
