All the necessary plumbing connections are already in place, including:       •     Cold-water isolation valve       •     Washing machine connector tap       •     Waste spigot       •     Adequate space for the appliance The only issue is that the existing access holes under the sink are too small for the inlet and waste hoses. The cabinet under the sink is metal, so the openings will need to be enlarged using metal-appropriate cutting tools before the hoses can be passed through. Once the openings are widened, the washing machine just needs to be connected, levelled, and tested. I’ve attached photos of the under-sink area to help you assess the work.

I recently moved to a new apartment in Brisbane City and need a professional to install my Bosch Serie 8 front-load washing machine. The job will include connecting the inlet and drain hoses, securing all fittings properly, and ensuring the machine is level and ready to use. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine installations to complete this safely and efficiently.

We have a washing machine in the city, a dishwasher in the city and a dryer Balmoral (5km from city) that all Need to be looked at and diagnosed (fixed on the spot if possible). H01 fault dishwasher, e3 washing machine fault, dryer not moving and making a humming sound/burning smell.

I have an old clothes dryer mounted to a wall that needs to be dismounted and disposed of. I also have a new clothes dryer (black) that I would like to be installed on top of my washing machine (not mounted on the wall, just stacked on top with a silicone mat inbetween)

Hi, The smoke alarm in my bedroom is flashing a red light. I can see that the smoke alarm is a Clipsal. I have googled and I believe it to be 755LPSMA4 which has a lithium battery. The manual online says the red light is a low battery indicator. It also says you can’t change the lithium battery. But need to install a new unit. It says that it can be installed by the homeowner but I don’t have the skills to do it so I am looking for someone to do this job. I also have another small job. When I unplugged the kettle the double plastic power point has come loose from the wall. I’m too scared to touch it. But I can see that some of the plastic is broken. When you quote please let me know if you want me to buy the smoke alarm and power point or if you will supply those. I live on Charlotte Street in Brisbane City. The apartment building has visitors parking. I work four days a week but my boss isn’t great at doing the roster so I often don’t know far in advance which day I will have off. Normally by Wednesday/Thursday I have the next week roster. Or I could be available after 3 pm most days. I will try to be as flexible as I can in setting a time to do this job. Thank you.
