Hi, The smoke alarm in my bedroom is flashing a red light. I can see that the smoke alarm is a Clipsal. I have googled and I believe it to be 755LPSMA4 which has a lithium battery. The manual online says the red light is a low battery indicator. It also says you can’t change the lithium battery. But need to install a new unit. It says that it can be installed by the homeowner but I don’t have the skills to do it so I am looking for someone to do this job. I also have another small job. When I unplugged the kettle the double plastic power point has come loose from the wall. I’m too scared to touch it. But I can see that some of the plastic is broken. When you quote please let me know if you want me to buy the smoke alarm and power point or if you will supply those. I live on Charlotte Street in Brisbane City. The apartment building has visitors parking. I work four days a week but my boss isn’t great at doing the roster so I often don’t know far in advance which day I will have off. Normally by Wednesday/Thursday I have the next week roster. Or I could be available after 3 pm most days. I will try to be as flexible as I can in setting a time to do this job. Thank you.

My old free-standing kitchen dishwasher broke, and I have bought a new dishwasher. I am looking for someone who is able to remove the plumbing from the old dishwasher and instal the new dishwasher.

I bought a new rangehood as the old one is falling apart. From the store paid for an installation but electrician said he couldn't do it, range hoods have newer sizing now and I would need a cabinet maker to fix and assist with installing. What I would like is: 1. Removal of old slide out rangehood 2. Cabinets fixed to work with new rangehood 3. New rangehood installed. Ignore the $100 price, please quote me for the work.

Need to remove dryer off old washing machine and then lift old washing machine out of socket and then put in new washing machine and then dryer on top. And take washing machine to tip/rubbish.
