Cleaning services are required for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit apartment in Lewisham NSW. No parking available in the complex’s carpark so you will need to park on the street. The apartment is a moderate size and in pretty good condition so this job should be straight forward and easy: - bathrooms: potential mould removal. Scrubbing of the shower screens, taps and toilet bowls. Wiping of the mirrors. General cleaning. A bathtub requires a quick wash. - bedrooms: both are carpeted so vacuuming and dusting are required. Wiping of all surfaces including two desks and two bedside tables. - common areas (kitchen, living room, sun room): vacuuming and mopping (floorboards), dusting. Wiping of the glass panels that separate the sunroom from the living room. Wiping of all window sills. Cleaning and wiping in the kitchen including stoves and bench tops. - Wiping of surfaces such as coffee table, TV stand, desks, dining table etc - Wiping of the skirting around the kitchen floor - Cleaning of the fridge, excluding the freezer.
