Job is most suited to a 2 person team. our apartment is 2 bedroom,1 bathroom, one small kitchen and combined laundry. Combined living and dinning. It is on second level,no lift. There is free street parking. a you are required to bring your own equipment. I’ve had the place cleaned before by Jim’s services and they charged around $200 with a 3 person team and took them about 3 hours. I’m flexible with price/ pricing structure. Some people have offered an hourly rate. I just want a great job done. Hi there,what I would like is if we could do a deep clean with high quality products as we have a baby on the way. For the general house: -Surfaces dusted/wiped -Skirtings dusted/wiped -Shutters dusted -Windows/window sills cleaned -mirrors cleaned -Wardrobe mirrors and the tracks that the mirrors run on cleaned -Floors vacuumed and mopped. -Sliding doors in living room to be cleaned -Cleaning behind furniture (like bedside tables ect) as able. -Spot marks cleaned.
