Hi there! I am looking for a private chef or someone able to meal prep/help with meal assistance. I have been put on a special diet to help with my tummy as I have been very sick. I have to eat healthy, low-fodmap, gluten-free and dairy-free meals for the next couple of months which are portioned out (high protein, low carb, low fat). I am not allowed to have chilli. I can have garlic infused olive oil. Must replace onions with leeks. I am really struggling to do this myself as I don't have an oven or stove and I work full-time. It has been very stressful and I feel very sick all the time so I am hoping you can help me with good, fresh, healthy food each week. I am thinking it would be easiest to do 10 meals per week (i.e. lunch and dinner 5 days a week). I am happy to freeze them/have them sit in my fridge so you can prep these weekly.
