My delonghi magnifica start machine requires a service, it has become slow and the coffee container is filling up with water. I descale the machine when required and clean it timely. This machine is 2.5 years old and we use it daily to make between 2 and 6 cups of coffee.

The dryer need to be fixed. It spins and clothes get warmer. But the clothes do not get dry. The water collector is always empty.

The back number plate ,the screw refuses to come out. Its turning but not coming out. The front number plate, the bolt turns with the screw so cant remove the screw as well.
