I need a licensed plumber with gas fitting qualifications to inspect our gas appliances. Just a safety inspection.

Issues with machine. Need to check out the leaks that it used to do. However - The leak used to come from the front and side of the machine, but that seems to have stopped now. The issue we’re having is that after a cycle finishes, the clothes aren’t being spun dry properly. They’re still quite heavy and damp, with water left in them, whereas before they would come out fully drained.

My delonghi magnifica start machine requires a service, it has become slow and the coffee container is filling up with water. I descale the machine when required and clean it timely. This machine is 2.5 years old and we use it daily to make between 2 and 6 cups of coffee.

The back number plate ,the screw refuses to come out. Its turning but not coming out. The front number plate, the bolt turns with the screw so cant remove the screw as well.
