Remove old gas heater from chimney cavity, remove old flue. Old heater is a rinnai and put in gas log heater and flue. T Cavity may need some bricks cut 2cm. Does not need to done on Wednesday open to time prefer sooner than later. All items supplied, heater flue and cowl may need angle grinder to cut bricks. Gas is already at location may need new fitting to suit new heater.

When I switch the power on, couple of ignitions don't stop sparking. I have tried cleaning them up but no luck.

Hi, I have recently moved to a property and when i connected the washing machine pipe and clamped it with the outlet, its leaking due to which it cannot be used

Kitchen rearrangement needs a new pipe spool to connect the cooktop to the supply point. The old spool would not fit the location of the cooktop. Point of supply is underneath the cabinet. Some 1.5 m if pipe work is required. Haven’t installed the second section of the cabinets to ensure easy access to the pipe works. See photos

Need to install used water unit( got it of known friend who is demolishing his house) approximately 2 years old. It's the same brand Dux prodigy 135 litre as my old one so it should not need many modification.

I have a Brivis 120 buffalo model. Pilot light doesn't stay on overnight. Thermocouple and pilot tip was replaced with new parts, but same problem continues. Coukd be either controller or valve issue. See attached photos for details. Interested in diagnostic and fixing labour. Don't need service. Understand that parts are extra cost.
