I've got a 3 year old Samsung 8.5kg BubbleWash Front Load washing machine. It was working fine but now giving me an error that there is an error with the drainage. I've checked and cleaned the filter and visually inspected the drain hose. They all look fine. I reset the machine and it will run normally for 5-10 min but then reverts to this error state. Not sure if there is something blocking the drain hose that I can't see (I don't have the skills to remove it entirely) or an error with the sensor or motor. Need someone to come tell me what's what.

We bought a new washing machine (in a new house) and we can’t seem to connect the hot water valve to water supply. Essentially the left hand red hose needs to connect like the right hand blue one does. It may require a diverter or some extra part, so please ensure you have that (or can tell me exactly what it is - there’s a Bunnings very close), as we’ve already bought a few clamps.
