My Haier top-loader (HWMP65-918, 6.5 kg) has stopped draining and spinning. Clothes come out soaking wet and the machine makes no sound when it should drain or spin. No error code on the display. I've already cleared the lint filter, drain hose and pump outlet, so there are no blockages. It's probably the drain pump (part number H0034000110D), but it could be the lid switch or control board. Looking for someone to work out what's wrong and replace whatever needs it. Happy to buy the part myself or have you supply it, just let me know in your quote. Hoping to get it sorted in the next few days.

We need a 2nd hand top loader washing machine moved, there are no stairs, just a driveway at the pickup location. It is then going to Castle Hill into a retirement village apartment. It is a distance from the car park with ramp and stairs. The machine needs to be installed and tested and then the old machine removed and taken away. The old machine still works, it is just older than the one we are moving.

Quick washing machine connection – need someone now I’ve just moved into a new apartment and need help connecting my washing machine to a cold-water-only supply. The machine currently has hot and cold inlet hoses. I just need someone strong enough/with the right tool to undo the hot inlet hose from the back of the machine, remove it and fit the blank cap/sealing washer as shown in the attached instructions. It’s a super basic job — I’m just not strong enough to loosen the fitting myself! Should take around 10 minutes. Please only respond if you’re local and available to come now.
