I got a brand new washing machine delivered from the good guys, they installed it but have done it super poorly. it is leaking from the pipes in the cupboard and on the floor. I need it to be connected properly so it doesn’t leak. i am happy to negotiate price, the good guys were supposed to cost $30 to connect it. so i’m just going based of that.

My Miele dishwasher has started showing the Inlet/Drain warning light for the first time and is making an unusual noise while running. I’ve checked and cleaned the filter, and there doesn’t seem to be any blockage, so I’m wondering if it could be an issue with the drain pump or another internal component. Just got new washing machine but they couldn't install because the end of the hose is too chunky to fit with the current tap configuration. The valve needs to be rotated so that it can fit. Washing machine not in position to make access easier so will need to be repositioned about ten metres. I have a little trolley to assist with this.
