Westinghouse WWF7524N3WA washing machine displaying E20 error. The drain hose is leaking water and causing water to collect on the floor. The machine is currently unplugged and not being used. Please inspect and repair the drainage issue.

Just got new washing machine but they couldn't install because the end of the hose is too chunky to fit with the current tap configuration. The valve needs to be rotated so that it can fit. Washing machine not in position to make access easier so will need to be repositioned about ten metres. I have a little trolley to assist with this.
