**Washing Machine Repair Needed ASAP – Error E3 + Pipe/Hose Issue** Hi, our Sôlt top-load washing machine first stopped working and was showing Error E3. After that, while checking/moving the machine, one of the pipes/hoses at the back also broke or came loose. The machine is currently unusable and has been out of order for a while, so we need someone experienced with washing machine repairs to come and fix it as soon as possible. Photos are attached for reference. Task includes: * Diagnose and fix the E3 error * Check the broken/disconnected pipe or hose * Repair or replace the pipe/hose if needed * Make sure the washing machine runs properly again Please bring the necessary tools. After moving when the pipe was connected to the washing machine it was done in correctly, now I am unable to unplug it. It is stuck

A thin wire retaining spring/cable from the door seal (rubber gasket) has come off the rubber door seal. The wire needs to be pushed back in a groove around the outside edge of the rubber seal. Need to stretch the spring and ease the wire back into place without puncture or cut the rubber seal.
