Here’s what happened: After cleaning the filter the first time, I ran Rinse and Spin. The machine made some loud sounds (potentially from the pump), then the E18 error appeared again. I drained the machine manually and ran Spin only after that. I could hear water running down the drain this time. I then started a Drum Clean cycle, but when the machine tried to drain, it could not. I unplugged the machine, waited over an hour for it to cool down, and drained it manually again. Running Spin after this, I could hear the pump. The next morning, during a light wash, the E18 error appeared again. After draining it manually, I ran Spin, but the pump was silent this time. Only relay clicking sounds were heard. I opened the filter cap and saw the impeller spinning freely. With the machine unplugged, I turned the impeller by hand, it rotates smoothly with slight resistance. Please provide a fixed-price quote to inspect and repair the drainage issue. I want the quote to cover this specific problem so there are no surprise charges for unrelated issues.
