Washing machine not draining

I washed a small bra who had a slim, 1decimeter long metal wire and it slipped out of the clothing item, it’s not found in the drum, but when doing laundry and spinning the drum by hand we can hear the wire being caught somewhere in the washing machine. Can anyone please help? Do not want to buy a new laundry machine or ruin the drum.

Our washing machine (LG) is showing an error with code (OE) meaning possibly the below. It has happened before and it was because the drain pipe was kinked. I have a fisher & paykel front load washing machine. About 5 years old. Product number 93254 Model number is WH8560P2 It keeps getting an error message saying “CLr FLtr” I have cleaned the filter at the front of the machine (nothing in there) and removed the draining hose at the back to check for any blockage (no blockage). My assumption to the drain pump is broken. Can someone help to fix this drainage problem (and replace the pump if needed). I have not purchased any spare parts.
