I have a Haier 12kg top loader washing machine that keeps getting what looks like mould / brown sludge / residue flakes coming back into the drum. I’ve already removed the small centre cap on the bottom plate, and I need someone who is confident with washing machine disassembly/cleaning to: • remove the centre agitator / wash plate properly • inspect underneath for mould, sludge or residue build-up • clean out the internal areas as much as possible • check where the debris is coming from • reassemble everything properly It may be simple mould/sludge under the plate, or it may be buildup deeper in the machine between the tubs. I want someone who has done this sort of job before and won’t damage the plastic components. Bosch Serie 6 has stopped working properly. Likely cause is a blockage by the filter (maybe a coin etc) which is not allowing us to open the filter cleaner opening. This is resulting in a cycle to being run completely and water remaining in the machine instead of draining properly.

We need our washing machine to be installed. We tried ourselves, but it did not seem like the pipes would be long enough to reach the inlet and outlet (see attached) - you will see that the pipes would have to pass through two cabinets neighbouring the washing machine slot. We do not think we have the expertise to change pipes and install ourselves.

We have just bought a new washing machine (Bosch series 8), however our extension hose is old and leaking and needs replacing. Looking for someone to install a new extension hose

Our washing machine is running through the full cycle but stops right at the final drain stage and turns off. We then have to manually drain the pipe from the front to empty it.
