I have an Asko washing machine, model W4086PW, which is not even 3 years old. It seems to have an inlet valve fault, as the water keeps pouring in even when the door is open. For now, I have turned the main tap off. Could you please assist me with this issue?

hi there. my power fuse blew yesterday which effected my washer and dryer. since the power came back, i was abl to run a drain cycle as the machine was halfway through a wash cycle leaving it filled with water when the power out. one minute before the drain cycle finished, the machine stopped and is now diaplying a f21 message
