Need someone who can move and install a washing machine at my place

Washing machine has error code ‘E’, then - 18 Can turn on but makes strange sounds and no water coming in /won’t work.

My washing machine is currently not draining water. I have cleaned the filter and done a high level inspection of the area behind, with no obvious blocks. I can hear the pump attempting to work but it only makes a clicking noise.

Bought a new seal for my Bosch washing machine but can’t attach it. Need someone to put it on for me.
