Bought this Used on Marketplace . Tried connecting it to Natural gas but unable to ignite. Not tried with LPG. Can anyone help to get it started?

We have recently had a new kitchen installed. Need plumbing help to connect the new kitchen tap and gas stovetop. We also need a plumber to drill hole to connect the dishwasher pipe back up.

I am preparing my apartment for sale and need to get the stove top fully working. I can get the top right burner to start easily. All the others will start eventually (they all spark) but they don't turn on straight away. I had all of them going last night but the starters are unreliable. The burner on the right side is not functioning properly. When I hold down the gas valve, I can manually ignite the burner using a piece of burning paper, as the automatic ignition system fails to ignite it. Once lit, the flame appears only on the outer ring, with no flame on the inner ring. However, the flame extinguishes immediately when I release the gas valve.
