Bosch Washing machine showing E.18 drainage error. Machine won’t drain. We’ve tried using the emergency drain hose but the pump filter won’t open/come out and may be jammed or blocked. Need someone to safely drain the machine, remove/clear the filter/pump blockage and check the drain hose.

Gas pipe to be removed that was for old heater. Length of pipe is a meter long. Access is easy very close to entry to under the house. I no longer want a pipe protruding through the plaster.
