Need to replace Oven element

Water come out of the dishwasher and laminate timber flooring nearby swollen (around 6-7 strips). Got spare timber strips so needing replacement. Dishwasher is working but needs to be checked as water inside is not draining out.

Ive removed my old rangehood and need a new one installed. The vent is too big for the old hole in the cabinetry. Image shows rough idea of the hole it needs. Happy to discuss exact costs.
