Fridge compact not cooling

Samsung 2018 Fridge, suddenly stopped cooling both fridge and freezer. Hard reset applied and no luck. Looking for someone to come and check it out whether it’s a simple fix or complex. Need to action ASAP.

The locking mechanism has broken on my washing machine. It’s a fisher and Paykal. The machine will try and lock the door and start the cycle but then it will unlock and do that twice.
