Also it'd be great if you could fix a broken light switch for us, and while you do that we might as well ask you to do a check-up of our home electrical wiring (single-storey house). We haven't done one for a while.

Urgent repair electrical hot water system

The electrical hot water heater is not heating. It was installed new only 18 months ago so I doubt it is something too serious, but it appears to be an electrical fault between the power supply and the element. Maybe the thermostat? I don’t know. Probably needs an electrician but I am not an expert. Hopefully a quick fix! $175 call-out and diagnosis and will pay for extra time and parts as required!
