Bulid a frame around oven and build a microwave recess

Hi The oven turns on, the grill works, but when the setting is at oven the fan runs but no heat.

I’m hoping someone might be able to help me with advice on a job I’m not sure can be achieved. I want to change my freestanding electric oven (540mmW) to induction (600mmW)The only issue is the benchtop has been installed to fit the electric oven. It looks like a laminated melamine benchtop. Excuse my ignorance but can someone tell me if this is achievable and if so can you quote me on the works? I have not yet purchased the oven to install. Ideally I needed to start and ask the question if the benchtop can be modified. Once I get this clarification, I will schedule in everything. ***Please ignore my price I’m just not sure what a job like this costs. I’m happy to pay the right price for the workmanship. However the space is wide enough to fit the induction at 600mm (W)

We need to replace our ovens however the new ovens are larger so need to modify existing space so they can fit

I am still to purchase!! But I will need an Oven 60x60, electric stove top and new range hood fitted, range hood will be bigger than the current one. Built-in oven. Must be certified with proven quality work.
