The freezer is fine but the fridge isn’t cold. We always have it set at 5 degrees but it’s sitting at 14 degrees. We have tried turning it off. Checking it’s not in demo mode, cleaned the filter at the back but it still won’t get cold. Thank you.

But theyve fallen through on their promise to have it delivered and installed this week, with their delievery company saying the earliest they could do was the 16th.
