My washing machine bundles doona covers etc into balls, which throws the machine out of balance. I believe it is because the washing machine is not level. Can someone make it level for me?

The machine stoped working in mid cycle. Now it just doesn’t start washing any cycle and even though the door locks as when it would start it, the locked door button doesn’t light up and the on/off button stays blinking but nothing starts It’s an Italian brand (Indesit Moon) which I got prob in 2010. I had to select a date for this job to be done, but in reality I am flexible and will need the person to organise directly with my tenants to find a mutual time that works.
