The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. A gas leak test has been carried out at the property, and the installation failed the test and was deemed unsafe due to a “gas escape on outlet pipework.” The gas supply was disconnected on 28/08/2026, and the tenant currently has no hot water. We require someone to: - Attend and locate the exact source of the gas leak. - Confirm what has caused the leak and whether the issue is within the property's pipework. - Advise exactly what repairs are required to make the installation safe. - Provide the cost of the required repairs before proceeding with any substantial additional works. - Complete the repairs once approved. - Pressure/leak test the installation following the repair. - Provide the required Certificate of Compliance upon completion. - Provide a written report at the completion of the job detailing the fault identified, cause of the leak, repairs undertaken, testing completed and confirmation that the gas installation has been repaired and left compliant with the applicable NSW legislation, regulations and gas safety requirements. My apartment's external laundry room has been recently demolished and so I now need my washing machine to be set up next to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine needs to be moved from the first floor to a second floor apartment.
