Hire an expert you can trust for ice machine repairs in VIC

Have an ice machine in my store and I believe the drainage is blocked, so it’s overflowing. And because of this, the ice sits in a pool of water.

Need this ice machine connected to the plumbing in our store

Looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration technician to inspect and ideally repair two machines at the same location in Clarendon Shopping Centre, South Melbourne. 1. Commercial display fridge The fridge is running but the temperature is not decreasing / it is not cooling properly. I have already cleaned the filter and condenser as much as possible, but it hasn’t improved. I have temporarily placed ice packs inside. 2. PolyCool commercial ice machine The machine fills with water and the refrigeration side appears to be working — I can hear it running and the evaporator/metal section gets cold — but it is not producing ice. It may be a water circulation/pump issue or blockage, but this needs to be diagnosed. Ideally looking for one person who can inspect and repair both during the same visit. Please include in your offer: - Call-out/labour cost - Whether your offer covers diagnosis of both machines - Earliest availability — today or tomorrow preferred - Any likely additional costs for parts Looking for a reasonably priced repair rather than replacing the machines.
