I have an ice machine that is no longer producing any ice. From the looks of it the plate is not cooling below freezing point and so no ice is being made. It also flashes the service light red when starting. Happy to do a $50 call out to figure out the problem and go from there.

When I turned the generator ON, the ice machine power was ON at that time. I think some fuse is blown. Installed in food truck.

My ice machine is full of water and the water doesn’t drain at all

Ice maker stopped making ice - pumps water, functions as it should for a few minutes then shuts off - like there is a thermostat cutting in and then it goes dead. Machine is only 18 months old.
