Need a new induction cooktop installed and an old electric one taken out. Both cooktops are same dimensions so shouldn’t need to do any cutting of the bench. New cooktop needs to be hardwired but old one only required a plug so this needs to be taken into consideration. Refer to photos of old cooktop and switchboard.

Fisher and Pykel wash machine keeps showing error - clear filter. I emptied the filter and nothing is in it. If i turn it off and on and put on spin most often it will work bout not always.

Gas pipe to be removed that was for old heater. Length of pipe is a meter long. Access is easy very close to entry to under the house. I no longer want a pipe protruding through the plaster.

1. Check and see why our Solt dishwasher isn’t washing properly. Dishwasher is running all cycles but dishes coming out unclean. 2. Fix bathroom exhaust cover that came undone. It’s the clip on thing that has cracked and could potentially be fixed with a super glue.

I need a gas fireplace removed from my property. Gas is shut off. Needs the intake pipe cut and capped, and the flume exhaust patched up to prevent a draft. Heater is in working condition, so if you’ve a mind to resell/use for scrap I’ve no issue.

I had an old oven (approx. 600x900) replaced with a new oven (600x600). The electrician has finished wiring it in, but I now need a handyman to secure it properly and fill the space. What’s needed: -Put timbers on both sides of the oven (towards the front) so it can be screwed back in. -Build a platform at the bottom for the oven to sit on. -Fill the gap above the oven so the space looks neat and finished (this will be painted afterwards).

Will need a plumber or gas fitter to disconnect or block off an oven and two heaters. The two heaters are back-to-back on a wall so you may be able to just disconnect both from inside the ceiling? The oven gas pipe goes behind the oven and up the cupboard above it.

One of our hardwired smoke alarms has fully detached from the ceiling — it’s not hanging by the wiring, just completely snapped off the mounting bracket. The unit itself appears intact and undamaged. Looking for someone who can: - Inspect the existing smoke alarm and ceiling mount - Reattach it securely or replace it if necessary (we can supply a new unit or reimburse you) - Ensure everything is properly reconnected and functioning Prefer someone experienced with smoke alarm installation or basic electrical work.
