I have a Miele gas cooktop measuring 58*52cm. The igniter is functioning and gas is being released. When the knob is pressed, it ignites and a flame is produced. However, the flame extinguishes as soon as the knob is released. My tenant reports that she has attempted to clean it, but the flame still won't remain lit. I have a gas stove which has 4 burners. One of the burners lights up as long as I am pressing the knob. The moment I stop pressing the knob the burner stops working. The second gas burner runs fine generally but once in a while it shuts on it's own when I keep a heavy bottom utensil on it. I need some to come in and repair the burners. I live in Southbank.
